WP1 - Management
WP1 was led by the University of Manchester and was devoted to project management including operational, financial, technical and legal management during the project life.
Objectives of this work package were:
- To manage and co-ordinate the project so all objectives are met
- To ensure all milestones, deliverables and workpackages are met
- To report any outstanding tasks to be completed and identify any risks
- To collaborate with other actions, initiatives and networks to increase the profile of the project
